He and I ironed out all the details via a few emails. They were VERY reasonable in the final price that we negotiated. All I had to do was to show up, do a test drive, fill out a few forms, and drive the car! Everything went according to what we had agreed and there were no last minute "surprises" to change the price. Steve took the time to set Toyota App on my phone and showed a number of things to get me started. The loan manager was also very pleasant and quick to wrap up the paperwork.
