This one’s home turf. The store sits at the Crossroads of America, where National Road meets I-75, and 111 Vandalia and Butler Township households have bought 143 Toyotas from me since 2014. Nobody has a shorter drive.
My own folio, not a marketing estimate: Vandalia proper plus Butler Township. More repeat customers here than anywhere else I serve.
Vandalia hasn’t built much new housing in decades. Fewer than one percent of homes in town went up since 2010. That’s changing fast: 72 townhomes are planned near the airport at Cassel Grove, and the 167-home Riverdale development is coming to Brown School Road in phases.
For a town where most of the housing dates to the fifties through seventies, that’s a real shift. New neighbors, new driveways, and the Toyota store is already down the street.
The hometown mix is the classic one: RAV4 first, Camry behind it, then Highlanders, Tacomas, Corollas and Siennas. What stands out is the repeat business. Vandalia households come back more than anyone.

National Road at the airport, 1180 W National Rd. If you’ve lived in Vandalia longer than a week, you’ve driven past me.
Walk in during business hours, or text first and I’ll have everything ready when you stop by. Either works. The bar at the top of this page tells you whether I’m free right now.
“They take their time to make sure you get the vehicle you really want. They do not pressure you, and you don’t walk out with a new car, but a new friend. Steve Ryherd was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with.”
Joseph Airport Toyota, 1180 W National Rd: National Road at the airport, just west of I-75. I’m on the sales floor five days a week, and my schedule shows the hours for any given day.
Walk in any time. This is your town and mine. If you’d rather not gamble on my day, the status bar at the top of this page shows whether I’m free right now, and you can claim a slot so the keys are pulled and the numbers are ready when you get here.
Right where we left off. I keep my history, so I already know what you’re driving and what you paid. Text me at 937-830-7925 and we’ll figure out whether trading now or waiting is the smart move. My exit-strategy tool is a decent first look at that on your own.
Walk in, or text ahead and I’ll be ready. Either way, you’ll get it straight.
