Since 2014, 151 Huber Heights households have bought 165 Toyotas from me. That’s a big enough number that someone on your block probably already knows me. Or someone on your drive to work, or someone at your gym. I’m Steve, and I sell at Joseph Airport Toyota in Vandalia, straight west on National Road.
Straight from my own delivery records. (And yes, Carriage Trails, you count as Huber Heights, even if your mail says Tipp City.)
Huber changes fast. Over a thousand new homes are under construction and Carriage Trails keeps pushing north, but the part I actually keep track of the most is the restaurants. (I still miss the old Osaka.) What Da Pho and Time4Thai are my current “go-tos,” and China Cottage’s “Hot and Sour Soup” is amazing.
The commercial strip has basically everything by now: movie theater, bowling, mini golf, Kohl’s, car washes, more places to eat than I’ve gotten through. A good afternoon here for me is Target (the LEGO aisle), a nice dinner and coffee, then maybe the touch-free wash north of town.
I love the people and I love food. Huber is good for both.
RAV4 and Camry lead, but Huber buys a little of everything. The pattern I see is a fun family car: enough performance to enjoy, enough practicality to justify. Nobody up here is shopping for the cheapest thing on the lot. They want good equipment and they want it to be worth the money.

Two easy ways in: National Road (US-40) straight west into Vandalia, or I-70 to Exit 32 if you’d rather have the interstate.
The store sits at 1180 W National Rd, right past the airport. Call it fifteen minutes.
Most of the deal doesn’t need the drive. Text me what you’re after and we can settle specs, equipment and pricing from where you’re sitting. I can take your license, insurance and titling information remotely too, so the paperwork is drafted and the car is ready before you head over.
For the visit itself, plan on about two hours so you’re not watching the clock. Call it thirty minutes of driving, thirty to sixty on paperwork, and the rest is however long you want to spend getting the car set up.

“This was the best new car buying process we have ever experienced. Steve Ryherd helped us in every way he could; he was very knowledgeable on all details. He is an outstanding salesman.”
Joseph Airport Toyota in Vandalia is about 15 minutes from most of Huber Heights: National Road (US-40) straight west, or I-70 to Exit 32 if you’d rather have the interstate. I’ve sold there since 2014, and 151 Huber Heights households have made that drive to buy from me.
Honest answer: those two, plus the Highlander Hybrid, usually sell before they ever reach the lot. What I can do is walk you through how Toyota’s allocation system works, tell you what’s actually incoming, and get your name on the right one early. Understanding the system is most of navigating it. Here’s what’s hardest to get right now.
That’s how most of my customers do it. Text me at 937-830-7925 and we’ll start a dialogue. I’ll ask what you’re looking for, what your timeframe is, and how far into your research you are, then put pricing, trade numbers and availability together before you make the drive. I don’t spam people. If you’d rather lock in a time, grab a slot on my schedule.
KBB doesn’t buy cars, but it’s a good estimate. Get a real offer from CarMax or Carvana too, since they’ll actually write a check for their number, and Edmunds will show you offers as well. Then text me photos, the mileage and the VIN, and I’ll tell you where I land against those. Worth knowing: in Ohio a trade applied toward a new vehicle also comes off the taxable price, so it does a little more work than the number by itself. If you’re still deciding whether now is even the right time, my exit-strategy tool shows where your car sits on its curve.
Text me what you’re shopping for. I’ll answer straight, even when the honest answer costs me the sale. I’d rather lose one and keep your business for the next twenty years.
