Beavercreek is rewriting its entire land-use plan for the first time since it incorporated in 1980, buying up acreage along US-35 to keep its transportation options open, and still adding subdivisions on the edges. It’s the east side’s anchor, and it acts like it.
A lot of the Wright-Patt workforce comes home to Beavercreek, and the shopping side of town pulls the whole metro east. It’s a place people settle for the long haul. Those are the customers I keep.
